GIVE RESPECT, GET RESPECT
The Practice staff have a right to do their jobs without fear of verbal or physical abuse of any kind. This includes rudeness or unpleasant behaviour and ‘not feeling well’ is not acceptable as an excuse. If patients exhibit unacceptable behaviour they will receive a warning; if it continues they may be asked to register with another practice.
If a patient is violent or abusive to any member of the Practice team the patient may be removed from the Practice list immediately. If necessary the police will be called to deal with the situation.
PATIENTS WHO ARRIVE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT
Due to an unfortunate increase in people arriving late for their appointment with little or no extenuating circumstances, we must reluctantly advise you that anyone who is 10 minutes or more late may be asked to re-book. Please don’t take it out on the receptionist if this happens, she is only doing her job. Click here for information on our policy for patients who do not attend appointments.
COMPLAINTS, ACCOLADES AND SUGGESTIONS
If you have any complaints or accolades about any of our services, our Practice Manager is here to help you. Please address any suggestions to her for improvements in our service and feel free to discuss with her any dissatisfaction or problems you may have. We also like to hear about things you were pleased about.
